How does this work?
Once your account is set up, you will be provided with the ability to implement more advanced lead generation strategies in AIMIsocial.
AIMIsocial subscriptions include access to our company’s Facebook group, knowledge base, and support ticket system.
Commitment: Cancel at anytime.
Payments: Charged monthly via credit or debit card.
(AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diners.)
Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date for all applicable fees for the next subscription period.
90day commitment term: If you want to cancel during your 90day term, you will be billed for all remaining months.
After 90days – Month to month: The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription 24hrs before it renews to avoid billing the next recurring fee to your account. You can cancel subscription anytime via our desktop application or send a cancel request to support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a welcome email after signup with a link to our onboarding questionnaire. Until you submit the information we need, we will not be able to set up your account, create your calendar, and get you onboarded.
It’s our goal to turn around your account ASAP!
Once you submit your questionnaire, our team will review your information and assign an account manager to you. This will happen the same day in most cases, but please allow 1-2 business days max.
Your account manager will reach out to you via email with their contact information and the next steps. We strive to turn your account around on the same day if possible. Depending on the current customer load, please allow 7-10 business days max from this point before we are done.
You can search our helpdesk to find a helpful article or video to solve your issue 24-7. Get your questions answered, the latest app updates, and hear from other users by joining our Facebook group.
